What do your fellow Twisted Sisters lovingly call you?
Queen T or CFE (Chief of F*&^ing Everything)
Most important, what’s your sign?
How did your journey bring you to Twisted Sisters?
After having our mother pass away unexpectedly, and spending way too much time with my sister Linda as we cared for our father with Alzheimer’s, the concept was born.
What are you known for professionally, what do you have a keen eye or knack for?
I do most of the accounting and paperwork for the store. I do adore doing the shop displays! Oh and I love to rearrange furniture, whether my own or anyone’s. I’m an equal opportunity rearranger.
What are you most passionate about?
My family, my pets, my friends and Twisted Sisters. My immediate and extended family always comes first to me. As for my pets, when I die I would love to come back as the life as my pets live. My friends mean the world to me and I would do anything for them. Lastly Twisted Sisters is a place I love to be, to work and hang out.
What’s your favorite corner of the store?
I am not sure I have a favorite. I love wandering around and tweaking or rearranging things. They make fun of me for moving merchandise all of the time, but I love to keep things fresh.
What’s your favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?
Sundays start with breakfast with my adopted family, the Batricks, and then home to do laundry, something fun and typically a nap is a must. Then ending with “family dinner” which was a tradition started when our mother passed away.
Any non-profits you love?
Humane Society of Indianapolis is probably my first non-profit because I love animals and can’t bear to see them suffer. Next is the Damien Center in memory of my friend Paul who passed away from AIDS. Lastly the Alzheimer’s Association because of the huge impact caring for our father had on our lives.
If you were a Golden Girl, which would you be and why?
I am probably most like Dorothy – control freak
